Terms and Conditions
Scoop Restaurants Group reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of Scoop Restaurants gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Scoop Restaurants gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Scoop Restaurants gift cards remain the property of Scoop Restaurants Group Ltd who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
Scoop Restaurants gift cards may be redeemed at any participating venue.
You may redeem your gift card over multiple visits/venues, so long as it is still within date. Multiple gift cards may be used in one transaction.
You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry at via our web store.
Gift cards must be presented in their original form and are non-transferable for cash or credit and may not be redeemed against the purchase of another card. No change or balance may be given in cash or credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Gift cards are not redeemable against take-away, dine-at-home, or online store purchases offered by Scoop Restaurants venues or associated events.
Scoop Restaurants does not accept responsibility for fraud, theft, loss, or damage to gift cards in a customer’s possession, whether the card be digital or physical.
Scoop Restaurants Group cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/card have been used by another party.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Bookings and Cancellations
Scoop Restaurants Group is a family-run business relying upon bookings being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any required changes to reservations.
We therefore kindly request that diners give the venue notification if a cancellation or an amendment is required:
For tables of 1-5 guests we request 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment wherever possible.
For tables with 6 or more diners we require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or amendment.
For reservations of 6 or more, we require your debit/credit card details. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault. For further information, please visit: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.
A charge of £25 per person will be made in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is necessary.
You will receive an email two days in advance of your visit asking you to confirm, cancel or amend your reservation. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold unconfirmed reservations.
We politely ask that you are ready to be seated at your reservation time. We will only hold tables for 15 minutes after which time they will be released.
To ensure that we can cater for you appropriately, please notify the venue directly of any dietary requirements prior to your visit.
A service charge of 10% is applied to parties of 10 or more. This is optional and can be removed on request.
By making a reservation at a Scoop Restaurants Group venue you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
